7-day refund window
If a course isn't what you expected, email us within 7 days of purchase and we'll refund it in full. No form to fill out and no requirement to justify yourself — just send the order number.
What we ask in return
- One refund per customer. Digital products can be downloaded and kept, so refunds are limited to one per person across all products.
- Bundle refunds are all-or-nothing. The Funded Trader Kit is refunded as a whole, not partially.
- Requests after 7 days are reviewed case by case but generally not granted.
How to request one
Use the contact page or reply directly to your order confirmation email. Include your order number. Refunds are processed within 3 business days and typically appear on your original payment method within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
Access after a refund
Refunded orders have their download links revoked. Continuing to use, share, or resell refunded material is a violation of our terms of service.
What isn't a refund reason
We refund because the material wasn't what you wanted. We can't refund based on trading results — outcomes depend on your own execution, market conditions, and risk decisions, and no course can guarantee a result. See our risk disclaimer.
