Where we ship
United States, Canada, United Kingdom and Australia. Delivery windows outside the US can run a few days longer. If your country isn't showing at checkout, email us before ordering.
About tracking gaps. It's normal for tracking to sit still for 3–5 days while a parcel moves between carriers, then jump forward all at once. If nothing has moved in more than 10 days, email us with your order number and we'll chase it or send a replacement.
Wrong address?
Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll correct it before dispatch. Once a parcel has shipped we can't redirect it — if it comes back to us undelivered, we'll reship it or refund you in full.
